Meet Lucy! This adorable young cat was found as a stray in 2018. We can't believe she has been waiting all these years for a forever home. Black cats are often overlooked. Lucy is petite with big, beautiful yellow eyes. She is a rough houser when it comes to play style, so she would be best in a home with older children. Fostered near Mansfield with other cats without issue. Adoption fee is $50. Lucy is spayed, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, & Leuk/FIV negative. Adoption application and home visit required.Adoption processWe require an adoption application before we can consider a family for adoption. Our cat adoption fee is $75, which helps offset the vet care - sterilization, vaccines, deworming, FIV/Leukemia-testing & microchip. Our dog adoption fee is $175 and covers the sterilization, vaccines, deworming heartworm test (if age appropriate), and microchip. A home visit and references will be performed. We are volunteers, so it could take 24 hours to return any email inquiry.Shelter locationWe do not have a shelter. In order to meet any of our adoptable cats & dogs, we must have a completed adoption application before a "Meet & Greet" can be arranged. On occasion, we hold adoption events. It is best to view our Facebook page or contact us directly to see if any events are scheduled. Please note in the biography where the foster is located. It is the responsibility of the potential adopter to travel to meet the companion - we unfortunately do not have the funds to travel outside of our hometowns for meet & greets.
