Meet Midnight, This sleek and gorgeous man has a lot of “kitten energy” but is also a sweet and gentle soul. He can get a little excited during playtime sessions but being the smart man that he is he responds well to the words “no” and “gentle,” and quickly finds his manners once again. He loves wand toys, lasers and automatic toys, anything that makes him put his “thinking cap” on and gets him moving! He does have some sweet and dramatic energy which causes him to get some silly zoomies now and again. He’s a hoot to watch and will definitely give you some chuckles when he dips his paw in his water before taking a drink. Midnight will enjoy joining a high energy and active home. He does well with respectful children of all ages. As he does get a little nervous when his human friends are away, he will do best in a home with multiple people to engage with him. There’s nothing as too much playtime in his mind! He is not a fan of other animal companions and therefore will need to be adopted into a home as the only pet. He has a unique personality that sets him apart. He does enjoy being in your company and hanging out in the same room with you. He has a sweet ritual of headbutting your leg when it’s feeding time or when you return home, expressing his affection in his unique way. A brief cuddle session and some quality pets are all he needs to feel content, after which he’s off on his adventures, exploring the corners of his domain. Midnight is not your typical lap cat, instead, he revels in rolling on the floor for attention relishing in the joy of being petted for a few moments. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age.
