Pittston came to ARC as a stray eight week old kitten in May 2023. Because of Pittston's harsh life outside he has struggled with health issues most of his life. Pittston‘s health issues are simple kitten colds and eye infections, both of which resolve with simple medication but always clear up better in a home setting than in a crowded shelter. If Pittston could just find a loving home he could fully heal and grow up to be a happy healthy cat. He is such a sweet boy!Pittston is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for felv and fiv. To adopt Pittston, please go to our website: www.nokillarc.org and fill out a preapproval form located at the bottom of the "adoptable cats" tab. You will then receive an email to schedule an appointment to adopt the newest addition to your family.Adoption processAnimals are shown by appointment only at our shelter, which can be arranged by contacting Vicki Hess directly at XXXX@nokillarc.org. Animal adoption fees vary depending on the animal. Understand that ALL animals from Animal Resource Center are spayed / neutered, up to date on vaccinations, have had blood / parasite screening and will be microchipped upon adoption. If interested in adopting an animal from Animal Resource Center after scheduling an appointment to meet them, you must fill out an application and provide a vet reference as well as two personal references. If your application is approved, we will conduct a home visit with the animal to ensure that your home and family members are a good fit for them and you!
