Pumpkin was returned from her 2022 Adopter due to the 2nd kitty in the home had unexpectedly started attacking Pumpkin to the point that, for months, Pumpkin was afraid to come out from hiding for fear of being attacked. Pumpkin was vetted where she had to be shaved and had lost some weight, but overall deemed healthy. Originally, in 2022, Pumpkin came to CPA because her only Owner was being forced to move in with family after her husband passed away. Pumpkin (who has a Manx tail, which means she was born with no tail) is initially shy with strangers, but once she feels safe, Pumpkin is very friendly and the ULTIMATE Lap Kitty! Pumpkin loves to headbutt your hand for pets and LOVES sleeping in her human's lap. Her ideal Forever Home/Family will be a quiet home with no other pets. Pumpkin promises to bring lots of love and happiness to her Forever Family.
