For The Cats' Sake Meet sisters BAMBI and FLOWER! Bambi is the extroverted sister in this pair. She’s confident, friendly and playful. Flower is more of a wallflower, and she loves her sister but is more shy, at least initially. However, Flower is a snuggle bug once she gets to know you a little bit and is more the lap kitty. This duo comes from Sperryville, where a homeowner was struggling to bring down their population. These almost one year old sisters would like to stay together, if possible. ONLINE ADOPTION FORM: https://form.jotform.com/81848821130152 We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group. On average, we spend at least $125 to cover foster care, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed. We ask that you cover as much of the $125 as you can afford, and set a minimum donation at $50. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. It is important to us that every adopter can afford to care for their pets properly and give them a home for life. TNR and a whole lot more... January 29, 2024, 8:37 pmAdoption processOur adoption process begins with an application which includes vet references and landlord permission for renters. Potential adopters are encouraged to visit the cats/kittens in their foster homes so they see them in a comfortable situation. In many instances a volunteer will deliver the cat/kitten to their new home to assist the family in preparing their home getting the adoption off to a good start.
