Desiree, aka Desi, is a little over 2 years old. She was a wonderful mother to four male kittens, but needs an opportunity to be a kitten herself again! She is timid at first and would be best in a quiet household. She is not aggressive with other cats, and is very friendly and affectionate once she feels secure. She eats well and uses the litter box. Desi will make a wonderful lifelong companion for a lucky person. Desi was born around March 27, 2021, and is currently being fostered in Naugatuck. She is fixed, is up-to-date on shots, is microchipped and tested neg for FIV/FeLV* All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. If all is well on your application, we will contact you about setting up a home visit by one of our staff members. ****Please give your vet permission to release information to us as we check references. The adoption fee for our cats covers the cost of spaying/neutering, age appropriate routine vaccinations, deworming, snap test, and flea preventive treatment.
