The adoption fee is waived for Toffee and ALL Desperate Housecats!Toffee is a handsome, young boy who would love a home with another playful cat. Although he’s a little shy (he`s a Cactus Cat - http://austintexas.gov/page/cactus-cats), he warms up to people after patient wooing with yummy treats like Churu. He loves to snuggle during naps, he purrs loudly when you scratch between his ears, and he even gives high fives! His favorite activities are bird-watching, figuring out how to get treats from puzzle toys, and wrestling with other kitties. I am a DHC, and I have my own webpage!
