This one-of-a-kind girl is Laurel, and she is itching to find her new family! While she does have diabetes, it is treatable. However, we are starting to think that the reason this girl got diabetes is because she's just too dang sweet! We suppose she just couldn't help herself! Not to mention, it's never a dull moment with her!If you were looking for someone to chat to, Laurel will be sure to tell you some stories herself! She's incredibly smart and social, and she isn't afraid to get vocal, whether it's to talk to the birds out the window or to get your attention! Her inquisitive nature makes her thirst for more knowledge on the world around her. She knows one way to satiate her appetite for curiosity is to befriend as many creatures as she possibly can! Once she gets to know someone, they have a friend for life! Seriously, this girl has friends that range from cats and dogs to rabbits and guinea pigs!Laurel has a couple of requests on her new family. She hopes that her new potential home is a little less stressful, but she doesn't mind if the family has older children. She's hoping to spend as much time with her human buddies as she possibly can and always enjoys the company! Does this mean this girl is winding down? If she is, we can't say we see it! This girl is as agile and playful as a kitten! She tends to have hobbies that include toy pouncing and climbing the highest "peaks" in the house! Perhaps she's just trying to draw more attention to herself.
