This white and black tuxedo female, born, Sept. 2021, came from a farm and was pregnant. Vera enjoys sitting right next to you while you watch TV, but does not like to be held or picked up at this stage. Vera enjoys playing with balls by herself and with interactive toys with you, plus window watching for wildlife. She is a chatter box, has a medium purr, and likes a little brushing. Vera is friendly with known folks, hasn’t met strangers or dogs, and doesn’t like girl cats. After a few stokes of petting, she swats your hand away. Vera is best with kids over 13 and who are willing to help her to continue to trust and blossom over time. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax.
