I was originally adopted to be a farm cat, but it seems that life in a barn was not for me. Oh, darn? No, not really. You see, I am both sight- and hearing-impaired, so I was brought to the shelter by the couple who adopted me so that I can find a safe indoor home. I'm Louisa, an orange tabby and white female kitten. As Louisa Mae Alcott said, "I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship." Staff think that I can hear and see at least partially. I'm still settling in, so I growl at other kittens and at toys, but I am friendly with people. I like to be petted, and I do okay when I am held. I'm a darling girl who'd love to be your lovable Louisa kitty.
