Foster notes on Winkie: We call him Winkie because he has just one eye, but that makes him even sweeter! He is the sweetest and cutest thing. He`s smart and he just wants love - he waits for me to drive up every day. He is mainly outside cat and stays in the garage some, but he does like to go inside to get a sneak peek. He spends most of his time hanging on the patio that has a small fence surrounding it, and I believe this is his safe place. He likes to hang close by; he doesn’t really venture off out of the yard but loves the outdoors. He doesn’t chase the birds; we told him no from the beginning and he listened! He seems to be a people person. I know somebody must miss this sweet boy because he was fixed before he came to our house and just a baby and that was just a year ago in the Western Middle School area. He may not have had one eye when his owner lost him; I am thinking he got away as a youngster and got hurt. Would love for a person to get him that has the time to give him some love and attention.
