She was very shy when she came to us as a kitten. She is still shy and prefers other kitties to humans most of the time. She periodically she shows potential, like she wants attention, but then shies away. She does occasionally lay on the couch when one of the other kitties are nearby.She does not like to be alone so will need a home that where she can be near humans and/or have another kitty she can hang out with. A friendly kitty in the house may also assist in the transition and development of her personality.SPECIAL NEEDS: She does require a special diet. She was diagnosed with possible Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). When she came to us, she had regular diarrhea that was not resolved with any of the normal treatments. The vet recommended either prescription food or Limited Ingredient Diet with Duck or Rabbit as the protein. She does well on Natural Balance L.I.D. Green Pea & Duck Formula. She likes to eat just about anything and everything, but it is crucial to maintain her diet in order to maintain regularity with her. Natasha needs a quiet home with patient and understanding human(s) that will give her time. One who understands she is shy and has a chronic issue that does not impede her at this time but will need special diet and monitoring. It will take a time and patience for her to warm up to the right person. Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.
