I was named Pumpkin Spice, because when I was first rescued I was a little spicy and hissy. I was living outside with my momma and aunts and my brothers, Sunny and White Sox were living inside with my foster momma. I didn’t know at the time how sick my siblings were and she was taking care of them, while I was with momma, fighting to stay safe and fed. Then one day I got sick and my foster momma took me in and saved me. I was a little hesitant, but warmed up right away and melted. I was with my brother, Sunny again and learning to trust my foster momma, foster siblings and human siblings. It didn’t take me long to realize I was safe and loved. My foster momma tells me I am a funny little lion that loves to chase my tail and make her laugh. I am very loving and will sleep with my brother, Sunny, and being a sibling, chase, fight and just cause all sorts of chaos. I have beautiful, soulful eyes that my foster momma says will melt any heart that comes across me, but I think it’s my personality and loving demeanor that wins her over. I do love my brother, Sunny as any brother does, but more importantly he relies on me and I on him. He looks for me because he is blind in one eye and occasionally will bump into things. I am lost without him and will go looking for him when I need someone to play with, cuddle or have a meal with. We love to run around and it sounds like thunder according to my foster momma. She laughs at our antics and gives us plenty of toys and cardboard boxes and scratchers to release our kitten energy. Our favorite toys are the shark tunnel, small micey and springy scratching post.
