Molly…. Meet Molly! Molly was an unwanted cat abandoned at our shelter this past winter. She is about a 2 and a half year old domestic short haired black and white female with a ‘cow like’ color pattern. Once she gets to know you, Molly can be a sweet affectionate girl who will curl up in your lap. But like many cats, Molly can be moody and at times will not want your attention and will let that be known too, by hissing and swatting if overstimulated. Experienced volunteers at the shelter have worked with Molly at length and have found this to be a normal behavior for Molly. Molly really needs a somewhat experienced cat handler with patience who can understand and accept Molly as she is and be patient with her as she comes out of her shell. Molly definitely deserves a loving home and family just like any other cat. Molly lives with other cats at the shelter but would do best in a home where she is your one and only. No dogs, and no small children please.
