Theo, who prefers the name T, an 11-year-old male neutered cat, is a striking dark tabby with mesmerizing eyes that seem to capture the light in the room. Known for his quiet, reserved nature, T tends to observe the world around him with a calm, thoughtful demeanor. While he’s not one for loud antics, he enjoys the gentle company of people and thrives in a peaceful environment. T is particularly fond of soft head pets and cheek rubs, which he will happily accept, often leaning into them with a gentle purr. Despite his quiet disposition, T shows affection in his own subtle yet endearing way. He offers affectionate head butts as a sign of his trust and love, and is content simply being near those he cares about. He enjoys a low-key lifestyle, preferring cozy spots to rest and a tranquil atmosphere, where he can unwind in peace. With his soothing presence and gentle personality, T has a way of making those around him feel calm and cherished.Adoption processDuring review of the application if you rent your home, we confirm with your landlord that you are allowed to have the cat per your lease. We also consider if a particular cat is a good fit for your home. Certain cats will do better in homes without small children, or without other cats. Other cats may need to be adopted with a cat that they are bonded with. So we make sure that the cat and the home are a good match before completing an adoption. Some of our fosters allow trial adoptions, where you would have 2-3 weeks to make sure that the cat being adopted was accepted by the other pets in your home. If you are interested in this, please ask your Adoption Representative. All cats adopted from Stray Cat Blues have been screened for feline leukemia and FIV, inoculated, sterilized and wormed when they first come to us. Additional vet work is completed for those cats that require additional care. Healthy, adoptable cats and kittens are then housed through our network of foster homes until they are adopted. You are also welcome to come visit cats at our PetSmart Collegeville and PetSmart North Wales/Montgomeryville locations (see times for adoption showings).
