Meet Schatzi, a little 3 month old treasure in every sense of the word! Her name means “Treasure” in German, and she’s sure to steal your heart. This playful kitten loves nothing more than chasing wand toys and having fun with the dog in her foster home. Schatzi is full of energy, curiosity, and sweetness, making her the perfect companion for an active household. If you’re looking for a playful and affectionate new best friend, Schatzi is waiting for you! The German Adoration Babies have been raised in a home with children, babies, dogs, other cats. They would do best in their new home with a kitten friend to play with! All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with their initial age-appropriate vaccinations. Kittens have an adoption fee of $200 each or $300 for a bonded pair. Kittens must be adopted in pairs unless there is another young, energetic cat in the home. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.##2114647##Adoption processAHS does not do same-day adoptions. We provide a form called a “Statement of Interest” for potential adopters to fill out. When completed, this form is reviewed by an AHS volunteer (the animal’s Case Manager) who will contact the potential adopter with any additional questions and arrange a meeting if it looks like a good match. those who look like a good match.Adoption fees for DOGS are:Puppies (up to age 18 months): $400(plus $170 spay/neuter deposit)Adult (18 months - 8 years old): $325Seniors (8 years and up): $200(There is an additional $170 spay/neuter deposit for Adults/Seniors not already neutered/spayed.)Adoption fees for CATS are:Kittens up to 6 months.-$200Young adult cats 7 months -3 years $175Adults cats - 4-7 years -$150Seniors cats-8 and up. $100Fee includes basic shots, spay or neuter, and microchipAll cats are FIV/FELV testedShelter locationPlease check our website or join our Facebook or Instagram page to see any of our upcoming events !
