Nope, Ruffles doesn't have ridges! But he is a handsome boy who is super friendly and sweet. Ruffles had an infection as a kitten which effected his eye but - no worries! - he does not need meds and he his eye will always look a little funny. You can visit him at the PetSmart in Broken Arrow - but be prepared for some serious kitty rubs and loving.Adoption processOur adoption donation fees are $75 for dogs and $50 for cats. These donation amounts help to pay for vaccinations, spay/neuter, and tests to insure the health of the pet.. All pets are spayed or neutered before going to their forever homes. Potential pet parents must complete an application which will be reviewed with a Partnering for Pets Adoption Assistant.Shelter locationDogs for adoption are shown on Saturdays at various locations. Cats may be seen daily at the PetSmart in Broken Arrow/Hillside Drive during regular PetSmart store hours.
