Piper is a very sweet & affectionate lady once she warms up to you. She absolutely LOVES head kisses & neck rubs (not scratches, she’s living her soft girl life) & is a “secret cuddler”. Squeezy treats/mousse treats are life & will do anything for one. Enjoys giving you ‘drive by’s’ & chatting with you. Kids are a lot for Piper so she would do best in a home without them or with pre-teen & up. Good with dogs. Takes time to warm up to other cats but also good with them. This decision is based on studies that have found that only about 4% of cats are actually infected. The funds for testing are better utilized for our spay and neuter efforts of owned and community cats in order to save the most cats. However, testing can be performed upon request and need to be covered by the person interested in adopting. 9 Lives Cats have been spayed or neutered and have updated vaccinations. 9 Lives is run entirely on volunteers.
