Pebble is a 3-month-old blue-colored domestic shorthair kitten who may seem a bit reserved at first, like a stone that needs time to settle. But once she finds her footing, she smooths out and reveals a warm and affectionate side. Pebble gets along well with other kittens, creating a solid foundation of friendship wherever she goes. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.Adoption processWe have a brief adoption application. Our adoption fees vary based on type of animal. Once your application is approved, our animals are usually able to go home the same day! Our dogs are generally $150-350+tax (everyone is spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped etc!)Our cats/kittens are generally $25-$105 + tax (up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and microchipped).Shelter locationWe're open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 12-6, Saturdays 11-4, closed Sundays and Wednesdays. Appointments recommended. Our adoptable cats are all in shelter, however, some of our dogs are in foster homes.
