Submit your application here: www.passportanimalrescue.org/app Hi there! My name is Moo Moo - I'm a super sweet guy who was found outside sitting all alone on a stoop at an apartment complex. I don't want to live out in the cold anymore, and would much rather hangout at home with you! I am a well tempered, relaxed guy who loves to be pet, give head butts and eat ALL the food. I hope you'll consider me for your new best friend! All of our adoptable pets have their age appropriate vaccines, dewormer, feline leukemia and fiv test, spay or neuter surgery and a microchip. We have no public facility, but operate with a network of dedicated foster parents and volunteers. To respect the privacy of our foster parents we do require an approved application to visit any of our fostered animals.Adoption processOur process is in place to assure the best possible home for the pet. The process can take anywhere from 1 to 10 days or more, with the average time being 2-3 days. We require an application that will be screened for home ownership, criminal record, vet references, and personal references. We may have an in-person interview as well as a home visit. If approved, there is a legally binding adoption agreement to be signed as well as an adoption fee to be paid. We receive zero funding from any agency, and rely 100% on donations and fees to continue our mission.
