GETS ALONG WITH OTHER CATS/DOGS? Marie is acclimated to cat friendly cats and cat friendly dogs. Slow, gradual introductions are always needed when meeting new friends! CHILDREN? She is fine with well-mannered children who know how to respect pets. BIO: Marie and her brother, Donny (stage names) came into rescue when they were dumped at a home in the country near Morrilton, AR. They are a soft, lovable, very laid back, gentle, easy going, bonded pair. Wherever one is, the other is not far away. They sleep side by side, sit in a windowsill together, sit close to each other just to observe and contemplate things, and are never far apart. Donny is a tad bolder and likes to explore a bit more than Marie. He’s also just a tad more confident. Donny also provides “bathroom escort” duties so you don’t get lost on the way to or from. Both will sometimes follow you around like a puppy, wondering what you’re up to or if you might just take a min to give a pet or two and a nice word.They both hold nicely and can be held like a baby on their backs.They are very quiet, rarely, if ever actually meow.They are both fastidious with the litter box, enjoy a soft place to sleep, boxes, and any toys that move, jingle or crinkle.
