LANEY is a beautiful female gray tabby tuxedo teenager kitty with warm yellow eyes and a very regal look to her. She is very independent and would do well in a home with someone who is ok with her doing her own thing and just having her around without showering her with too much physical attention. She loves hanging around while a person is in the room and is bright-eyed and curious. She is happy to just be around people and likely will grow into liking physical attention, but for the time being – she just really enjoys being played with, talked to, and allowed to hang out with her people. She also loves to play and is active with just about any toy. She came to CRAN with her 4 siblings (JJ, SABRINA, STEWIE, and SLOOTY) and would love to go home with one of them! LANEY has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet LANEY at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in North Eugene (2847 Chad Dr, across from Costco). Our contract stipulates the requirements for care of our pets. These documents are available through e-mail or at our adoption events. The documents are reviewed by our staff and together with a face to face interview we explore the potential new home. If all parties agree to the specifics of the contract the dog or cat can go home. Adoption fee varies with age of pet. All pets are current on vaccinations, health checked by our veterinarian, De-wormed, treated with flea medication, spayed or neutered, and cats are felv/fiv tested.Shelter locationOur cats can be seen at Petsmart on Chad Drive and on Willamette St, at Petco near Valley River Center and Wags Emporium on Coburg Rd, seven days a week during normal business hours. We do have adoption counselors available on weekends or by appointment or from 12:30-2:30pm, Sat.-Sun.
