Meet Drake...he came in as a stray with 2 other cats. He has not been claimed, so he is now available. He may be ok with other cats because he came in with the other 2. He is friendly and enjoys being petted. Please visit the Taylor Animal Shelter to meet him.Adoption processFees for adoption are $160 for non-sterilized dogs/cats and $60 for sterilized dogs/cats. There is a sterilization refund of $100 once the dog/ cat is sterilized. If an animal is sterilized at the city's expense the fee is $135 for a dog adoption and $95 for a cat adoption. There is a contract that is needed to be completed at time of adoption. The sterilization is required by the contract. We do not accept cash or checks. Only credit and debit cards are accepted at time of adoption.Shelter locationWe are located at 25555 Northline just East of Beech Daly. We are now open Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. We close from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm for lunch. We are also open the first Saturday of every month from 9 am to 11am. We do adoptions right on site here at the Taylor Animal Shelter!
