Using the book The Girls in the Stilt House as inspiration, these babies were named after some of the main characters and setting of the story. Curtis and his sister Teensy are the only ones left from this litter. Curtis is a handsome lil guy in his stripes. He has the cutest lil brown nose. He is the smallest baby in his family. He was very underweight (11oz at 4w) when he arrived and his foster was syringe feeding him several times a day to get his weight up. He is the sweetest baby of the litter. He loves to curl up on you and nap. When he sleeps, his lil mouth falls open. His long tail sticks straight up and flops over at the tip. Usually when you hold him, he will rub his cheek against your face. Or touch his nose to your face. Like - hey, thanks for lovin on me. Several people have commented about how expressive his lil face is. Curtis came down ill and lost over a pound. He's been nursed back to health and is once again a rambunctious, playful kitten. However, he is small for his age. This boy is a "grazer". He will run around and play for a while, then stop to get a few bites before he jumps back into the play group. A few bites now, a few bites later; a few bites between laps etc. He's going to need to be a free feeder unless he magically starts gaining too much weight. Curtis and his siblings have been raised in a home with a big ol staffie. He has no fear of him and will rub himself against the dogs face or legs. Curtis also made friends with no hesitation with Dolce & Gabbana (another set of foster kittens at the home).
