I’m a bit on the independent side, and though I may be smaller than my brother Abbott, I sure think I’m bigger when it comes to wrestling with him. I’m pretty smart too and pick up on new things quickly. I’m not shy but may take a little longer to warm up to new cats compared to my brother. No worries, though—I still adjust quickly! I love to snuggle up against your neck for naps and curl up between your legs in bed or on the couch for long, comfy snoozes. Small cardboard boxes on the floor? Those are my favorite! When it’s feeding time, I’ll make sure to remind you with some sweet meows. I’m spunky and love wet food, but I’ll happily munch on dry too. Let’s be friends! Est. DOB: July 16, 2024 Fully vetted: treated for fleas, ear mites, and intestinal parasites, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted), spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations (including FVRCP+FeLV [initial vaccination and booster] and rabies), and microchipped with shelter paid registration.Adoption process* Each potential adopter must complete an Adoption Application * The application will be reviewed by an experienced adoption counselor and the foster home * We will contact you by phone to discuss your specific needs and any purrsonality traits you are seeking in a cat and also answer any questions you may have * All key members of the household should meet and interact with the cat you are considering adoption All cats available for adoption have received medical care including: * Wellness exam * Spay or neuter surgery (Alley Cats and Angels has a * 100% pre-adoption spay/neuter policy) * FeLV and FIV testing * FVRCP+FeLV initial vaccination AND BOOSTER* Rabies vaccination* Deworming * Flea preventative * Treated for intestinal parasite* Microchipping with rescue/shelter paid enrollmentShelter locationAll of our cats are currently in foster homes, but we host adoption events at PetSmart Morrisville and PetSmart Knightdale throughout the month. With an approved application you can also schedule an appointment to visit a cat in its foster home.
