Hello! I’m Chickadee, a sleek black kitten from the Bird Litter. My life started a little rough—I was found in a carrier by a dumpster at a gas station—but thanks to a kind person who brought me to HART, I’m ready for a fresh start! I’m full of playful energy, and I love to climb, but my absolute favorite thing is running on the "treadmill" in my room. I get such joy from running, and love to show off how fast I can go! I’m hoping to find a forever home where I can play and explore to my heart’s content. It would be even better if I could bring along one of my siblings, Finch or Sparrow, to keep the adventure going!Adoption processPrior to Adoption, all HART cats or kittens will have had: *Spay or Neuter*Vaccinations*Worming, de-fleaing and de-miting*A medical exam*Microchip*Collar and ID tag - your pet is registered with HART Health records*Tips and guidelines for introducing your new pet into your home.*A cardboard carrier - or you can bring your own carrier at the time of adoption.Shelter locationWe are located in Cambria on California’s beautiful central coast. Our address is 2638 Main Street, Cambria, CA. 93428. Our shelter is currently open Tuesday thru Saturday, 12pm - 5pm.
