Meet Blanche – A Dilute Calico Beauty Ready to Steal Your Heart! Blanche is an absolutely stunning adult dilute calico female with striking patches of pale gray, soft orange, and a touch of white, giving her a unique and elegant look that’s hard to resist. Her adorable pink nose adds a sweet touch to her already gorgeous features. Estimated to be about 6 years old (DOB: 8/29/2018), this beautiful lady has a soft, plush coat that’s just perfect for cozy petting sessions. She’s a bigger girl at around 14 pounds—a little extra fluff and love for the perfect cuddle buddy! Along with her show-stopping good looks, Blanche is in excellent health. She’s tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, is fully vaccinated, spayed, flea- and worm-free, and has a clear fecal test. Blanche’s calm and gentle personality makes her a dream to be around. She’d do wonderfully as the only kitty in a quiet home, but she’s also open to sharing space with other laid-back kitties like herself. Our kittens come with an age appropriate program (provided through certificate) for our veterinarian only. We make sure all our cats receive a health screening, tested for feline aids and feline leukemia when appropriate ages, spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated for rabies (1yr), distemper and leukemia. We also worm and flea treat all of our cats, again all as age appropriate. We also treat any cat/kitten that comes to our sanctuary for any illnesses present, or that develop while in our care. We require an appointment for adopting, as well as a verifiable veterinarian reference, which we require prior to scheduling an actual adoption visit. We contact your veterinarian reference to insure our cats/kittens are being placed in responsible, loving homes. Additionally, we require a cat carrier be brought to the adoption appointment for transport home. No laundry baskets, boxes, lap holding, is acceptable. No exceptions. We have a private shelter address other than our mailing address which is featured on this site. Many of our cats are in foster care, so appropriate appointments need to be made with proper foster families. Because our cats are not used to cages, they do not travel to adoption events. Caged cats become scared when people poke at them through the bars. How would you like that?
