Violet was born underneath someone's porch and brought in to Helping Paws years ago. She is a little sweetie but still new to the shelter life so she's a little shy. She just needs time to get to know people and feel comfortable in our cat room. She is a vocal girl and likes to talk. With a little patience, she is super sweet and loves scratches. If you're looking for an adult cat that's looking for a chance and love, please contact the shelter to schedule an appointment.Update 5/27: One of my new favorite things to do is try to get into the cabinet! Though I am really good at running away and acting like I'm doing nothing when the hoomans walk past. I am gaining confidence each day! I am enjoying climbing to the top perch and taking a nap. I am indeed vocal; it may seem like I don't want attention, but I honestly really like being pet. Once you start petting me, I flop over. I know my schedule for the end of the day... When it is time for us kitties to go back into our rooms, I run in there myself! I am such a good girl.D..O.B: 3-2-17
