Adopt Triscuit a Orange or Red (Mostly) Domestic Shorthair (short coat) cat in

Monrovia, CA

** COURTESY POST FOR INDEPENDENT RESCUER/ADOPTER ** He is such a silly little guy! He’s not that photogenic yet, but he is such a ham! He is focused on you and wants to be wherever you are. He’s a talker and likes long conversations to hear all about you. He’ll be your best buddy....and to think he was almost returned to the streets to try to survive! Triscuit was a very dirty birdy when we said yes to taking he and his sister, Amoura in. They were in a litter of five and mom was struggling trying to protect them, find food and survive. They were in a dangerous situation in El Monte where people were hosing them down, throwing rocks at them and dumping the food a kind neighbor was leaving out so they could contact help. The entire litter had a serious cold from the winter season and their lives hung in the balance. We scooped Triscuit up and another trapper took in the other three Littermates. They began their road to luxury that very day. They had warm meals, heating pads, antibiotics, eye ointments, baths and LOVE. Triscuit is very thankful he was rescued and he shows it every day. He loves to travel in his carrier, go to adoptions, meet people, play nonstop and get silly with his sister. He enjoys to eat (but doesn’t gobble) and always looks forward to snuggle time, movie night and new toys. We would love to keep these 2 together, but if that doesn’t happen, he would love to have another kitty in his household to play with. He’s very social and doesn’t like to be alone! Please help us share Triscuit or call for details to come and meet him at our weekly adoption events in Monrovia. We promise he will bring you years of free entertainment and love nonstop! Street kitties don’t have a choice or much of a chance. It’s why we perform TNR and fix all the adults. It’s also why we are always overwhelmed with kittens year-round. We pull kittens out of the gutters, storm drains, alleyways, dumpsters and give them the lovable life they deserve from the colonies we are TNR’ing.. * Date of Birth: End of September 2019 (approximately)- Micro chipped- Neutered- Litter box Trained- Littermates: His sister, Amoura! If he doesn't seem like the 1 for you, please help us share him with your friends & family, social media and work buddies so we can find a precious home. FACT: Did you know 80-90% of the cats in the shelters are from the streets? Please help support your local TNR groups who are on the streets making a difference in the number of litters being born. Sterilize....Don't Euthanize! Big Kitty Love!- Eye Color: Gold- FELV/FIV Negative- Vaccinated- Color/Breed: Dark Orange TabbyTriscuit
