Stevie Wonder is an approximately 1 year old Siamese that was found as a stray. We were stunned that he had survived because it appeared he had no eyes and was extremely dehydrated and very underweight. He would barely move. Our first goal was to get some meat on his bones before we underwent his neuter. We got to learn a lot about him during this time and saw that he was a sweet boy that just wanted to hang out with you! When we took him in to our veterinarian, she advised us that he had eyes! He was diagnosed with microphthamalmia, a rare condition where a cat is born with very small eyeballs. We did have to remove them, as they were causing discomfort. Post-surgery, Stevie started wandering around more, gaining weight, and showing curiosity for life! Now this blind boy is ready to find his forever home where he wants to be your one and only baby to just hang out all day! May 26, 2024, 8:26 pm
