Adopt Stanley a Brown Tabby Domestic Shorthair (short coat) cat in Carlisle
Approx DOB: August 2021 Are you looking for a life-long companion and cuddle buddy? Stanley is looking for you as well! Stanley is a very soft and small boy. He spent the first 5 months of his life outside, and was very lucky to be brought inside. As soon as veterinary staff met him, they knew he could not go back out! He loves people, and relishes attention from them. He is very calm when held, and will solicit cuddles all on his own, climbing into your arms to be as close to you as possible. Still being so young, Stanley loves to play! He is not picky about toys - balls, feather wands, laser pointers… His favorite by far, though, are tiny balls or plastic springs, which he can pick up in his mouth and bring to you, asking to play fetch! He seems to prefer carpeted scratching posts the most, and has been a champ at using the litter box. Stanley is excellent with other cats. He is non-confrontational and will back off if the other cat is not comfortable. It has been impressive to watch him patiently make friends to play and cuddle with! Stanley is very good with every person he has met, but can sometimes be slower to warm up if they make a lot of noise. If you offer Stanley patience, pets, and some treats, he will definitely be excited to meet you! All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are: Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100Seniors (8+ years) = $80 Please also read our Core Values prior to applying at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations.
