Sir SaintBecause my former owner is from Louisiana, I think she must like the New Orleans Saints, as their mascot is called Sir Saint. It could also be because I am an excellent fellow! On May 3, my siblings and I were surrendered to HSHC because our owner lost her home. We are all 4-years-old; I look like my brother Rio, and Rosie looks like our brother Joe. They may have mentioned in their interviews that we do not have to be adopted together, but it would be okay if you did. Like my sibs, I am somewhat shell-shocked at being moved to the shelter and then to the Smitten Kitten Cat Cafe (SKCC). I found a cone-shaped cat cubby there and made it my headquarters. I didn't move a muscle when the interviewer lady came to talk with me. I did allow her to pet me and even stretched out full length so she could stroke my back and sides. I gave her a good look before I again closed my eyes for a nap. She kept petting me, and I didn't complain! I believe that given enough time and patience, I will emerge from my "office" to become a genuine staff favorite. If you are a Saints fan, I would make a terrific partner with whom to watch football! 5-13-24
