Adopt Sam a Black & White or Tuxedo American Shorthair / Mixed (short coat) cat
Sam does not like flash photos but wanted to show off her white feet. She loves being scratched on the neck and behind her ears and with give you a purring symphony if you do. She is somewhat shy with strangers, but is quite affectionate once she gets to know you. She also likes to talk. She is a house cat, although she did go outside when she was younger. As you can see, she is black with white markings. She has lived with other cats. She got along fine with the 1st cat, but the current cat is not nice and picks on her. Sam is fifteen and has diabetes, which is well controlled with insulin injections. She does not mind the shots and is willing to jump up in your lap get them them. I can easily teach you how to give the shots in about five minutes. The shots are at twelve hour intervals which is why she needs a new home with someone who does not travel and is there to give her the shots. Please give Sam a new home. She is a nice cat will give you lots of love.
