He is an adorable, affectionate, sweet and playful former outside kitty who is loving indoor life. Phoebe loves: + Seeing how high in the air he can throw his toys+ Sitting in your lap while you work+ Attention from anyone and anything (he has to make up for a few years mkay?)+ Watching birbs from the windowPhoebe is comfortable around other kitties and would do best in a home with another playful cat.Phoebe is up to date on vaccinations as well as monthly flea/tick preventative.
