Oscar previously lived in a home with 2 seniors and no other animals. He was surrendered due to his owners having severe allergies. Oscar was very shut down and afraid of people when he first came to us. With some patience and a quiet place to relax, Oscar has started to come out of his shell! He is a very sweet and cuddly guy. Oscar loves chin scratches! He would do best in a quiet home that will let him adventure out of his safe zone on his terms and timeline.
