Approximate Date of Birth:6/10/2023 Description: Orange Flame is a beautiful ("Uh, no, I'm handsome!") Flame Point Siamese. He is a loyal and loving companion once you gain his trust. He is treat driven, especially for Churu treats and will come when called ("If I feel like it, haha, but seriously, if Churu is involved, I'm there.") He likes cat towers and playing with wand and string toys, foam balls and springs. He will jump up on your lap to be petted, but does not really settle for long on a lap ("Too much energy for settling! I do like hanging out near the humans, though.") Flame also likes to be brushed with a pet grooming glove. In addition to purring, Flame shows his affection with head bumps, drive-by tail swishes, and with love bites. He is more mouthy than bitey, and the nips are definitely not hard enough to hurt, but it is a bit disconcerting at first. ("I don't chew on things, though!") Flame will answer you if you ask him a question or say hello. He likes other cats, and is very playful when trying to engage with them. Words to Describe Me: Friendly, Greeter, Confident, Spunky, Bossy Favorite Place to Sleep: Cat tower. Favorite Toy: A gray mouse on a string pole. Perfect Day: Hanging out in my cat tower, playing with my toys. Then my human giving me pets exactly the way I want to be petted. And topped off with a wet food meal and Churu treats for dessert. Kitty's Likes: Petting on head, chin, and back. Playing with string toys and balls. Kitty's Dislikes: Belly rubs, held upside down. Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: Sit down and let me jump on your lap to be petted. Favorite Treat: Churu Cat Treats Job Title in Foster: Boss When I Grow Up, I Want to Be: The boss. Other Info: Flame is still getting used to some household noises (like the TV), but shouldn't take long for him to settle in. Good with Cats: Likes cats given a proper introduction.
