OliviaHave you ever felt jealous of the attention your person was spending on someone else? It's hard to take a backseat when you've been sitting shotgun for nine years. My owner added a baby to the household and did not consult me first. I had been perfectly content living with the German Shepherd, but this baby person took up way too much time. I did my best to herd my owner away from this noisy interloper, but the baby was a permanent fixture. [My owner had my front paws declawed when I was just a kitten, and I didn't hold a grudge against her.] Regardless of my charming disposition, I was surrendered to HSHC. The medical staff found I had a UTI and got me on some medicine right away. Now, I live in a Roaming Room with other cats and am happy as a clam. The interviewer told me I was a lovely Tortoiseshell girl and offered me her finger to sniff. Pretty soon, I was out of my Kasa and rubbing against her hands. I loved being petted and having my chin scratched, and I insisted she keep it up! For a healthy 13-year-old lady, I look much younger and have a winning personality. If no babies are in your home, I would love to come live with you. 5-22-24
