Hi, my name is Merlin and I am one of the "Magical Oranges" rescued from WV. My first home had more cats than my people could properly care for, so I came to 4Paws to find my forever home. I would LOVE to be adopted with my brother Moonlight! I love attention from people plus lots of toys to bat around. My litter box needs to have unscented litter and I would also like an upright scratching post wrapped in sisal rope. My foster mom gives me free access to a good quality chicken kibble and twice daily servings of juicy Fancy Feast. If Moonlight isn't chosen to go with me, then I still need an equally young and energetic kitty to make a new friend, as I really need a feline playmate. I love to play Chase Me and Let's Wrestle with another kitty my size. (Note, Merlin is a door-dasher and would not be suitable for a home with small children that have not yet mastered keeping doors closed.) I was born in early March and am neutered, current on vaccines, tested negative for FiV/FeLV, and have been micro chipped. *** PLEASE NOTE*** 4Paws will only consider local adoptions (Northern VA / DC / MD metropolitan area) 4Paws does not adopt to students Kittens under 6 months old need to go to a home that already has another active cat of similar age. Otherwise they need to be adopted with a kitten from their current foster home or a kitten from another 4Paws foster home.
