Adopt Leo a Orange or Red Tabby American Shorthair / Mixed cat in Ruskin
Leo came to us as a stray about 10yrs ago. He is very affectionate and quite a talker. This is the 1st time we brought him to Florida where we winter but it's not working well in the RV park. He's used to alot of open space. He'd be good on a farm or rural setting as he is a good mouser. Leo has his claws and does kill wildlife (chipmunks, rabbits, birds) so would not work in a household with any of those critters.I have a cat allergy and keeping him in all the time is causing some health issues for me in a small trailer. We have also learned Leo doesn't travel well.He is now screened in a porch and is not too happy. We're hoping to find a more suitable spot for him as we own our place and are here half the year.Leo loves running water and we have a water fountain for him but he still prefers a sink or tub!
