Adopt Jenni a Orange or Red Tabby Domestic Shorthair (short coat) cat in River
River Edge, NJ
Jenni (formerly OJ) is a lovable Orange Tabby from New Milford. She is approx three years old. Jenni was living outside with her colony, being cared for by Nice Samaritans. Unfortunately, Jenni was never spayed and had a litter of stillborns. She then got pregnant again and gave birth to three lovely kittens. Chance at Life was called in when the kittens started walking and roaming on their own. We took them in and found a loving home for them and then set our sights on catching Jenni so we could get her spayed and vaccinated. Jenni was caught on 08/01/17 and taken to the veterinarian on 08/02/17 where she was spayed, tested, treated for fleas and vaccinated. She is FIVFELV negative. Turns out, Jenni is a very adorable girl and we decided to keep her with us and try to find her a home instead of releasing her back outside. She deserves a better life. Jenni gets along well with other cats and kittens. She was adopted out on 06/02/18 and returned almost immediately as she was not given a separate room to acclimate in so she hid in the basement. If you are looking for a lovely, large, redhead, who is a little shy, then Jenni is for you. You must be at least 18 yrs of age to adopt. If you live in a parent or guardian's home, they must complete the application. An application does not guarantee an adoption. Our cats and kittens are not adopted on a 1st come, 1st served basis, but whom we feel would be the best fit for our cats and kittens. If interested please e-mail us at XXXX@gmail.com or download an application from our website http://www.chanceatlifecatrescue.com/.
