Gale's mamma, Sky, couldn't wait until the storm passed and when nature called, Gale and 5 more babies were born on the night the tornado blew the roof off of Kitten Division. We took in momma and her babies the morning after the storm. They are all fine, although Sky was pretty shaken after such a harrowing experience. The kittens are growing like weeds and will be adoptable in the near future. If you are interested in pre-adopting one, feel free to stop by the shelter anytime Tuesday through Saturday between 10 and 4 and meet them. Gale's adoption fee is $125 which helps to cover the cost of her spay, lifetime microchip, vaccines, feline leukemia test, dewormer and flea/tick prevention.
