Two Sphynx-Elf Kittens Available for Adoption
Two lovely kittens need extra-loving parents.
I have two beautiful pink-white Elf kittens available, a little boy and a little girl. They are about fifteen weeks old as of this posting (born Oct. 14th) and are in very good health. I'm looking for excellent homes for them. Please note that I will screen people to make sure that the kittens will be a good “fit,” so please don't be surprised if I ask several questions about the home situation where these kittens will live. About the breed: Elf cats are a relatively new breed, just a few years old now on the scene of feline pedigrees and soon likely to be an accepted TICA member. Elf cats are a Sphynx-American Curl hybrid, distinguished by their robust health, hairless coloration, and slight outward folds on the tips of their ears. They retain all the great charm of their sphynx relatives, but with a vim and vigor all their own. If you're serious about adopting an Elf cat or else "just thinking" about it, please do yourself a favor by doing some research online before contacting me about my curiosities. (Yes, you do have to bathe them. Yes, you do have to use special cat shampoo to bathe them. Etc.) Bottom line is, my kittens are very curious, but they’re not consumable objects for anyone’s weird taste in fetish animals, tattooed kitties, rockstar pets, or any of that! These are highly intelligent and loving creatures, and like any other sentient beings who require human affection, they need loving and responsible caretakers. My sole concern in scouting out pet-parents is that all their needs be met. I would ask first-time cat owners not to reply. These kittens are weaned and litter trained, FIV-free, and so far have had all their shots. Veterinary records are available. They are ready for adoption. If you would like to set up an appointment to see them, or if you have questions, please contact me at 720-277-7865. I prefer to be contacted via phone, and frankly I’m tired of answering emails about the cats, but I can send you some home video clips online. But if you are serious, you should call first and we will take it from there. Thanks for your time, and good luck with your search!David
