Female Persian about 3 y/o. Due to an injury as a 6-wk old kitten w/breeder BEFORE I adopted her, she limps and was NOT spayed. Breeder felt a male would hurt her L-hip; which was dislocated when she tried to climb a net-doorframe mounted toddler stair stopper, but her back leg was caught in the net, and she hung flopped over for hours before found by breeder. They put her in a cast for 8-wks, but it set her toes to point inward a bit, not disfigured by any means; you can't tell unless looking for it when she's standing still. She walks w/a limp and even clicks from the hip, so you can hear her coming. She's NOT in pain, and can run w/my other cats just as well as they can. Even got out once when I brought in groceries, and ran after a bunny...thankfully, she stopped when I yelled her name. She CANNOT jump. I've created ramps w/two huge throw pillows set up at the end of my sofa - and the cusioned top part of a piano bench - it leans up against the end of my bed and she climbs it to sleep with me each night. I'll throw in a 2-step stair she uses, that's covered in sheep fleece (white & washable).Beyond this....she's perfectly healthy. In fact, though she HAS gone in/out of season...yet, for whatever reason....she stopped. If it seems like its coming on - shes soooo quiet, there's been no need for me to take her in to be spayed. So, I only have part of her papers...w/DOB and parents name and the breeder's info. I'll not get the rest of the papers until I fax the breeder, the proof a vet spayed her. I will NOT sell her to anyone I feel would try in greed, to have her mate and risk her health, just to sell 2-4 kittens (if they lived or she did thru it all). I can sell her back to the breeder if I can't find anyone whose just wanting a sweet, talkative (if you meow w/her) doll-faced, FEARLESS Persian.She's got 2 stuffed animal's made for a human toddler - if you squeeze them, they make noise. One is a white stuffed kitten the size of a real kitten & meows 3 tmes in a row - when she hears it - she comes after it, lays gently around it, NOT on top of it, and rest's her chin on the toy's body; which by then, is no longer meowing. She's quieted her 'baby' like a good mommy should.Well, this is Boo. A licker (kisser) who'se fearless, will clean w/you, when you cry...she comes right up to you to kiss your face until you stop. She's VERY maternal and worrisome for those who are upset around her beit human or animals (she's not afriad of our neighbor's dog whose terryified of little, petite Boo! Yes, she's small for her age. Oh, she doesn't really sleep during the day like most cats - she's into being around YOU, her human friend and mommy and daddy.So, a black cat w/HUGE orange eys! She's won a page in "Cutest Pets 2012" coffee-table hard-cover book. ($60.00 book), after I sent one pic of her. An honor other kitty's are NOT a part of both Persian or Himi's. She LOVES to be brushed w/human hot-roller clips or a human comb v. cat brushes (don't use wire...she skin is VERY tender). Loves to have her face wiped w/wet cotton squares and sung too - she LOVES being sung too in a soft voice, as well as being told stories...of angels & heaven. Really.Please contact if serious and will NOT have her bred. This is the reason her price is soooo low. Less than I paid; I want her to go to a special home - the breeder is use to selling cats, I'm not. Photo is in Jan. Her winter coat....right now its half that thickness and pure black. She's standing next my Persian that passed away suddenly at 10 y/o; Boo was adopted to fill that void. The Perisan in the box is a Calico, so you see the diff - Boo may be a Chocolate (RARE), but papers say Black.Contact me.Thank you & blessings,Laura
