Adopt an adorable Domestic Short Hair
My Son is allergic to cats and we have to find her a new home.
Jennifer is a sweet loving 6 year old domestic short haired cat. She loves children and adults a like. She is very friendly and will be happiest when she can curl up in your lap. She was born on March 17th 2007. My son is allergic to cats, sadly we have to find her a new home. She is de-clawed on her front paws and wont tear up the furniture. You will not find a more people friendly cat. She needs a new home and we do not want to have to take her to the pound. She is diabetic and must eat only canned cat food. She became diabetic over a long period of time from eating dry cat food which is rich in carbohydrates. We have insulin shots for her, and the vet said that over time she may not need insulin as long as we keep her on canned cat food. She has been on canned cat food since we discovered she has diabetes in march of 2013. We have been giving her one shot a day at dinner. We left her for four days over memorial day weekend with plenty of canned cat food (Purina friskies), with out insulin shots and she was fine when we returned home. The cost of insulin plus the syringes is $100 and will last for about 6 months. We should have enough to last through September.
