Description:
I picked River up off the street when she was about 5 months old, after seeing her nearly get hit by several cars. She was emaciated and scratched up, and after taking her to the vet, they said she was malnourished and unchipped. I’ve now had her for over 4 years and she is certainly no longer malnourished (she’s a wee bit chonky), but this entire time, she has been bullied by my other cat and lives a pretty sad life hiding from her. River is so sweet, and she loves to be around us until the other cat enters the room. The fighting is daily, and I have tried EVERYTHING to get them to get along. My vet says that this is unfair to River, so I need to find her a loving home, preferably where she can be in a one-cat environment, at least until she adjusts.
