HOW THIS ANIMAL IS WITH: CATS: Does well with other cats DOGS: Unknown but may be skittish around dogs KIDS: No small kids, sudden movements make him nervous. KNOWN LIKES: He LOVES toys, especially his ribbon wand toy. And wet food. KNOWN DISLIKES: Does not like being picked up and held. ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Barish is a handsome boy from Kabul, Afghanistan. He's the cool, seeming aloof cat that isn't pushing into you for attention but makes you work a bit to gain his trust. He'll come and sit near you or at your feet and happily take the pets and body massages, but he's not jumping on you to demand it. His favorite toy is a ribbon wand and is quick to chase after toys if you toss them his way. He's always waiting for breakfast and dinner and loves his wet food. Barish recently had a dental with a couple of extractions. Barish can be a bit vocal, especially in the beginning when he is anxious and settling in. He doesn't like to be alone or closed out of the bedroom at night. He does want to be where the action and the people are. Barish is a cat of contradictions who is charming in his way and will win you over!
