Elina is a stunning adult calico cat with mesmerizing blue and yellow eyes (heterochromia). Rescued as a pregnant stray, Elina arrived in foster care with her five healthy kittens. Now, having finished nursing her little ones, she's ready to find love and companionship in a forever home. Elina radiates affection and love. She adores cheek and chin scratches, belly rubs, and back pets, often purring contentedly in response. She likes to greet people with some chirps and rubbing her face on their legs. Remarkably amicable, Elina doesn't mind being held in various positions and enjoys receiving pets even while lying on her back with her legs in the air. Elina also has no problem with anyone touching her paws; she even tolerates nail trimmings with no struggle. While rediscovering some "me-time," Elina has become more vocal and showed more curiosity for the world around her. She has many different meows as she tries to communicate her needs and moods. She likes to strut around the house and find a good vantage point from a windowsill to watch the outside world with fascination. In addition to being the biggest lovebug, Elina is also incredibly calm and adaptable. She befriended my big dog not long after being introduced to him with a gentle nose bump. Not to worry though, Elina does know how to assert herself if the dog has crossed a boundary, but she is never over the top with her response. Give Elina a forever home and get ready to literally Netflix and Chill! Elina will be spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated as part of the adoption process.
