Alexis Rose is a shy, independent cat. She feels safer when hiding and this makes her eligible for our Cactus Cat program. These cats get positive interactions with humans through clicker training. Alexis Rose may be happiest in a low-traffic, quiet home without small children. In her previous home she enjoyed keeping up with neighborhood happenings through window-watching. She may be content spending her days to herself by a window or on a catio. While we don’t know her history with other cats, most Cactus Cats enjoy the company of feline friends, so Alexis may do well in a home with other cats as long as you go slowly with introductions. Alexis Rose isn’t asking for much, just some compassionate care and respect for her boundaries!
