Mimsy was brought to Faithful Friends all the way back in January! She was then transferred to Crowder's vet tech program, giving their students the opportunity to care for her and complete all her vetting while they learned. She is now back and ready to find her forever home. Mimsy has always been strikingly sweet with a unique meow that will plant itself in your heart. She is super human-social, has been introduced to dogs (puppies, not adults), and during her first stay here, she was known to reach her little paw outside of the bars to hold hands with her condo-mate. This little girl is talkative, adorable, confident, and beyond affectionate. She does have a seroma, which is simply a harmless accumulation of fluid gathered around an incision sight, on her spay scar. It does not affect her health, movement, or behavior at all, and is simply something that the body re-absorbs over time!Adoption processIf you are interested in one of our adoptable pets you can come by the Adoption Center and fill out an application, download one from our website, or submit a request to receive one by email. Once your application has been reviewed and approved we will have you and your potential new pet meet and greet. If you would like to adopt a dog we also ask that you bring along your current dogs to meet with them also! All animals are spayed or neutered before adoption, have age appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.Shelter locationAll of our adoptable animals are available to be seen at the Faithful Friends Adoption Center located in Neosho, MO! We are open Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 11AM-6PM and Saturday & Sunday 10AM-4PM. We are closed to the public on Monday and Tuesday. Please call in advance if you are driving from a distance to ensure that the animal you would like to adopt is still available!
