Prissy is a very sweet cat that needs to be the only cat in the house. She has perfect litter box habits & a healthy appetite. She loves to be pet while eating & napping in your lap. Prissy was surrendered by her original owner when they added a baby to the home. Prissy went on anti-anxiety meds but they were not enough. When we adopted her we were told that she was good with cats & dogs. We kept her isolated from the cats to begin & she would come out to eat & have some interaction with her new humans. Most of the 1st week she hid. By the end of 1 week she was out more & happy to get pets & nap in a lap. Then the cats met. The added stress of other cats has changed Prissy & she is not the happy cat she was. She has been unable to tolerate the other cats & needs to be in a home that does not have other cats & most likely not children or dogs. She would be the perfect solo companion, spending her time getting pet & napping in your lap.
